What we collect and why
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we collect the data you give us (name, contact details, trip details) to answer your request and provide the service.
When you fill in the corporate request form we collect the data you enter (company, contact person, email, phone, need, message) to reply and offer you a corporate agreement. The form delivers it to us by email and does not store it in any database.
When you browse the site we collect technical data through cookies: those required for it to work and, only with your consent, advertising cookies that tell us whether a visit coming from an ad turned into a request.
If the service is actually provided, the same data is used to issue the invoice and to meet tax and accounting obligations; in the event of a complaint or dispute we use it to handle the matter and, if necessary, to defend ourselves.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures for the data you provide to get a quote; legal obligation for tax data; consent for advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
For handling a complaint or dispute the basis is our legitimate interest in establishing or defending a legal claim.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you consent to advertising cookies, the browsing data used to measure our campaigns is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as our provider for ad measurement.
With the providers hosting and delivering the site, which process technical logs (including the IP address) solely to run and secure it: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which serves the pages from its network, and our server provider in the European Union, which handles the address without "www".
If you use the corporate form, with the two providers that run it, acting as our data processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which receives the submission, uses its Turnstile service to check that it was filled in by a person rather than an automated program (using technical data such as the IP address and browser, without advertising cookies), and forwards it; Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which delivers the request to our mailbox.
With public authorities, upon a lawful request, in the cases provided for by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
Data stays within the European Union, with two exceptions: if you consent to advertising cookies, Google may transfer some measurement data to Google LLC in the United States; technical browsing data and, if you use the corporate form, the data you enter pass through the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., which may also process them in the United States.
Both transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and by the certification of Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you decline advertising cookies and do not use the form, the only data processed outside the European Union are Cloudflare's technical logs.
How long we keep data
Quote requests that do not become a service: 6 months from the last contact, then deleted. This also applies to requests sent through the corporate form: we keep them only in our mailbox; Cloudflare keeps no copy, and Brevo keeps only technical delivery logs under its own terms.
Data on services actually provided and the related tax documents: 10 years, as required by Italian civil and tax law.
Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which the banner asks for your consent again. Campaign measurement data is retained by Google according to the terms of its own notice.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@jluxuryservices.com. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
